In the 1930s a smear campaign was held against the illegalization of marijuana because they were scared that if hemp was legal everything would go out of business. We could use it for fuel, paper, natural medication that you don't have to pay for to grow. it would tare the government down, they make millions of dollars busting marijuana dealers. why would they pass all that money up. all they think about is themselves, power, and money.
